I had a decent experience with Domino’s Pizza, and overall, it’s a reliable option for a quick meal.
As a typical chain, it offers the standard range of pizzas and sides that you’d expect. The delivery service was on time, which is always appreciated, and the drivers were professional and attentive. The in-store service, however, could be improved, as it felt a bit slower and less engaging compared to the delivery experience.
The food quality is consistent with the brand’s standards, but I feel there could be more variety to match some other stores or chains, which would make the experience even better.
Overall, it’s a solid and dependable choice for a casual pizza meal. With some minor improvements to in-store service and menu variety, it could easily become a stronger option. I would recommend it to others looking for a convenient and familiar pizza experience.

One star is a bit much. Such a shame to the brand name !! Ordered the family deal and one pizza had barely any bbq sauce, nachos came burnt and the “gooey “ warm cookies looks like it was cremated on the way over - hard as a rock. Rang customer service and the girl told me to send in photos to their email for a refund- she didn’t know the email so left me on hold for 15 minutes and hung up. Height of incompetence and arrogance!!!!! Won’t be returning - not because of burnt food but because of customer service !

Absolutely terrible experience from start to finish.
I ordered through the app, which clearly stated that my total was €49.40 to be paid in cash. When the delivery driver arrived, he suddenly claimed it was over €54.70. I refused to pay the extra €5 because there was no explanation for the difference. This led to an awkward 20 minute back and forth on my doorstep, with the driver calling his manager and me even speaking to the manager myself. Only after the driver asked to see the email confirmation did they finally agree to take the correct amount and even then, there was no apology. The driver just took the money and walked off.
To make things worse, the food was stone cold by the time I got it. Honestly, I should have just handed it back.
The mac and cheese was another disappointment altogether. When I opened it, about half of it was missing. You could literally see a cheese stain on the container showing where the rest had been absolutely disgusting and completely unacceptable.
Between the incorrect pricing, poor customer service, cold food, and sloppy portions, this was one of the worst takeaway experiences I’ve had. I won’t be ordering again.
